Antiques, Antique Sales, and Antique Dealers in Macon and Albany Georgia - The Braggin' Bull - Antique and Collectible Mall

Dealer Terms & Conditions

The Braggin’ Bull has further policies that dealers always find important. Theft does occur occasionally. The Braggin’ Bull is not responsible for stolen or lost merchandise. There is also a possibility that items in booths are accidentally broken by customers. If the customer let’s us know, or if we see the customer break an item, we will ask them to pay half the ticketed price. If it is unknown, who, when or how an item was broke, The Braggin’ Bull is not responsible.

The loading dock doors will remain locked at all times. We ask that you call in advance if you have a large item to bring in. If you are dealing in antiques, collectibles or furniture, the number one requirement is that each piece be clean. No spot, stains, rips, tears, hair, dust, fraying or smells!

The Braggin’ Bull Antique & Collectible Mall wants to stand out from the crowd by conducting business in the most professional and ethical manner. Because of this standard, non-mint or flawed items must be marked "AS IS.” There are no exceptions to this rule. Items not marked are pulled until properly labeled. Other price tags or stickers must have your dealer number, and a description and price. Your dealer number will be assigned to you. If prices change, we prefer you to re-tag the item, or you can initial the new price.

The Braggin’ Bull establishment will not ask you to sign a binding contract. If you are not happy within our business home, we will understand, but please give us the opportunity to hear your dislikes and possibly come to a resolution, because we appreciate your business. If we can not come to an understanding, we will wish you well in your business ventures.
